Ritz-Carlton launches kosher events programs
Selected Ritz-Carlton hotels are launching a dedicated kosher catering service for meeting planners, event organizers, and bridal parties.
The service will initially be rolled out at hotels in Atlanta, Miami, Grand Cayman, Naples, New York, Sarasota and Dorado Beach.
The company is collaborating with official kosher consultants MD Destinations to offer events with authentic kosher catering, on-site Rabbinical supervision and customized menus and entertainment programs.
MD Destinations is certified by the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America.
"This alliance with MD Destinations will allow us to offer premium authentic kosher selections to groups that seek memorable experiences with authenticity," said Gary Grove, Ritz Carlton Regional Vice President, Sales & Marketing.
Certified kosher produce and equipment will be incorporated into the planning for all special events including weddings, galas, and Bar Mitzvahs.
