SQ Assists Denpasar Passengers.
Singapore Airlines has announced that as a result of the recent bombings in Bali, customers who are due to fly to Denpasar, on or before 31 October 2005, can cancel their unused tickets for a full refund or defer their travel.
Customers who are booked to fly to Denpasar this week, and wish to alter their booking, are being urged to contact their travel agent or Singapore Airlines’ reservations on 13 10 11 to discuss their plans.
Singapore Airlines have also advised that they will continue to monitor the situation in Bali and will provide regular updates if further changes are made.
The waivers are subject to the following conditions: –
The ticket was issued on Singapore Airlines’ ticket stock;
Travel from Australia to Denpasar is on or before 31 October 2005; and
The ticket was issued on or before 04 October 2005
Seasonal surcharges, fare differences and non-airline related fees may still apply.
