Johnny Pollard to stand trial for fraud
Johnny Pollard, a former director of On the Beach and afterwards commercial manager at Bookable Holidays, is to stand trial next year accused of defrauding customers.
Pollard, 47, who was also an ABTA committee member, faces charges of 22 counts of~fraud by false representation.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court last month.
At Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court this week he was released on bail and a date was set for his trial on May 20 2020.
The alleged offences are said to have taken place between January and May 2017.
