Ryanair warns passengers travelling this weekend to check in now
Ryanair’s online check-in will not be available for 10 hours from 19:00 hours on Friday as its website and mobile app will close for a systems upgrade.
The airline said passengers travelling on Friday and Saturday should check-in online for their flights by tomorrow, well before the web closure takes place.
It said bookings or changes to existing flights will not be possible from 19:00 hours on Friday to 05:00 on Saturday.
The airline is contacting all customers intending to travel on Friday and Saturday by email and SMS text to advise them to check in online on or before Thursday, June 18.
A spokesman said: "We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this upgrade, which will further improve Ryanair.com, Europe’s largest travel website."
